This may include an exchange, refund, or an alternative solution consistent with our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Please note that this policy does not apply to any items that may be damaged or missing after you receive them. We urge you to carefully inspect all items upon receipt, store them properly, and use them according to the provided instructions to avoid any damage or loss.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, customers must return their purchase, regardless of whether the bottle is full or empty. Please note that sea moss gel is not covered by our return policy and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue, damage, or the product does not function as expected.
To successfully receive a refund, the product must be returned to our designated return address within 60 days of purchase. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee if the product does not meet your expectations. Please note that this guarantee only applies if the product does not perform as advertised.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Customers must use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All returned items must be accompanied by a signature confirmation confirming receipt of your return.
Refund Processing:
We have a total of 10 days from the time we receive the return order to process the refund. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment unless the customer requests otherwise.
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the product has been damaged or tampered with. In such cases, we will contact the customer to discuss alternative solutions.
